Justin began his emergency emergency management career in 2009 while earning a Bachelor of Science in Emergency Services Administration from Utah Valley University. Ross has had an illustrious career in the field while working for state, county, and federal agencies. His last public sector role was with FEMA in the Public Assistance program area.
